Who are we?
WHO ARE WE?
Bristol Views is an independent group of Bristol people (see below). We have no political affiliation or connection with Bristol City Council. We’re here because we feel that the 'consultation process' around planning in the city has failed to give a voice to the ordinary people of Bristol. We want change.
In many ways, everything has been stacked against genuine consultation with ordinary people. The developers want high rises, they’re profitable and many architects are reluctant to oppose the developers.
We need to show our elected representatives what Bristol wants.
Although we have strong personal views, we have been careful to weigh poll questions evenly, so that if Bristol’s citizens are in fact highly enthusiastic about high-rises, the poll will show that.
